I joined Greenly as the second full time employee and have hence contributed and lived all the steps to reach a scale up with more than two hundred employees. I am a builder with the do-it mentality, and love the challenge of making things works fast.

I joined Greenly as a Senior Data Scientist but quickly started implementing algorithms in production and started to monitor our CI/CD pipeline, our tests, and our production database.

As a Tech Lead, I have been very involved in hiring new team members and helping them to integrate in the team and learning all our best practice. Building together a top performing team is a great challenge that I love to tackle every day.

I enjoy being at a position where I can both lead a team and and work as a facilitator and advisor for colleagues, while also having my hands dirty in the code whenever possible to always learn new things.

As an engineer, I love working in a start up, solving problems in the most efficient way while at the same time making sure that we build solid foundations to allow further progress and scalability.

Entrepreneurship is what motivates me and I love doing my best every day to solve practical technical problems. Working in a team is the most interesting and challenging and I do my best so that team members and colleagues are in the best environment to enjoy their work, perform, and grow professionally.
