π± About the role
At Greenly, convincing as many organizations as possible that they can become actors of the energy transition is at the heart of our mission: particularly large enterprises, whose impact and leadership matter most. π
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will lead opportunities and manage complex sales cycles with Key Accounts across international markets, allowing Greenly to maximize its impact. You will target large corporates navigating carbon management (GHG and LCA) and regulatory compliance (CSRD, CBAM, and others).
This is a hunter-closer position, responsible for managing complex enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles, from self-generated leads to closing strategic deals with C-level stakeholders and sustainability leaders. π€
Reporting to our International Sales Director, you will collaborate closely with the SDR team, fellow Account Executives, and the teams responsible for growth, strategic projects, and Greenly products.
π± Your Missions
π‘ Understand client challenges around carbon footprint management, ESG strategy, and regulatory compliance
π Lead consultative, complex sales cycles, from discovery and demo to negotiation and closing strategic deals
π Respond to RFPs and navigate structured enterprise procurement processes
π¬ Build long-term relationships with C-level executives, sustainability leaders, and finance stakeholders at enterprise accounts
π€ Collaborate with partners to co-sell and close deals
π Build and manage a healthy pipeline, combining SDR-generated leads and self-generated opportunities
π Track performance through CRM, maintain accurate forecasts, and refine your sales strategy
π Contribute to establishing Greenly as the go-to carbon management platform in international markets
π± Your Missions
π€© You are a great fit if you:
Have 4+ years of experience closing Enterprise deals (>β¬100K deal size) in B2B SaaS
Have a proven track record of closing complex, strategic deals and managing long enterprise sales cycles
Have experience responding to RFPs and navigating enterprise procurement
Have experience applying the MEDDICC sales methodology throughout the sales cycle π
Have experience collaborating with partners to close deals
Have experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, SDRs, marketing, and product teams.
Have experience with outbound prospecting or business development
Are quasi-native in English (written and spoken) π
Excel at consultative selling, negotiation, and building partnerships with senior stakeholders
Thrive in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
Are highly autonomous, organized, and results-driven, with solid project management skills π
Bring strong listening, storytelling, and persuasion skills
Are comfortable working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
π Nice to have:
A background or strong interest in climate, ESG, or the energy transition π±
Fluency in French or another European language π¬
Experience with sales intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha)
