Greenly was founded in 2019 by Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud with one mission: make carbon management as essential as financial management.

Today, we are a global leader in carbon accounting, proudly B-Corp certified and part of the French Tech 120. Our climate suite combines smart data collection with intuitive automation, helping companies measure, reduce, and report their emissions with ease — supported at every step by our in-house climate experts. 💚

More than 3,500 companies in 20+ countries use Greenly to manage their climate strategy: from carbon assessments and life-cycle analyses to SBTi trajectories and compliance with CSRD and CBAM.

We are now a team of 200+ people from 40+ nationalities, based in Paris, London, Barcelona, and New York. 🌎

To date, we’ve tracked over 200 million tons of CO₂ through our platform. Our next milestone: 10,000 clients and one billion tons of CO2 under management.

🌱 About the role

As Greenly continues to grow, the need of efficiency, structure and reporting, have become key aspects of our strategy.

Greenly's leadership is currently held by our CEO (Alexis Normand) and COO (Laetitia Carle), who oversee the heads of departments across different regions. Through this internship, you would be working with both of them, meaning that you will also collaborate with most of our operational teams and you will get to see and impact our growth through concrete projects.

🌱 Your main tasks and responsibilities :

• Business Intelligence: You will track and analyse KPIs and use data-driven insights to inform the company's strategic decisions 📊

• Machine Learning / Generative AI / Automations: At Greenly we are building AI powered solutions, both for our platform, where AI will be available at every step, and in our internal workflows. Your will contribute to these efforts by improving existing algorithms and developing new ways to build on AI.🤖

• Monitoring our operations: Oversee the progress of various teams (Sales, Account Managers, Delivery, Partnerships) and projects 📈

• Project management: Become the leading force for key initiatives, collaborating with different teams and decision-makers within the entire company 🤝

• Reporting: Provide support in drafting presentations for strategic clients, partners, and investors 💡

🌱 Required skills:

• 🎓 Top-Tier Education: You are pursuing a high-achieving degree in engineering.

• 👨🏼‍💻 Tech Pro: Your are bilingual in Python and SQL. Knowledge of Java, C++, R, and React is a bonus.

• 📈 Entrepreneurial mindset: You are autonomous and ready to take initiative.

• 📚 Organization Talent: You're extremely well organized and capable of juggling different topics.

• 🧠 Problem solving: Armed with an analytical brain, you tackle challenges head-on, always hunting for inventive solutions
