Our journey began in 2019 with Alexis, Matthieu and Arnaud as our founders. Today we are a global leader in carbon accounting , we’re B-corp certified and a recognised member of the French Tech 120.

Our innovative climate suite combines smart data collection with advanced features, making it the most intuitive carbon accounting solution in the world. With Greenly, companies can precisely measure, actively reduce, and report on their progress. Additionally, our clients receive dedicated support from our climate experts throughout their journey.

Greenly supports over 3,000 companies across more than 20 countries to measure their carbon footprint (through carbon assessment and life cycle analyses), reduce their emissions (SBTi trajectory and action plan quantification), and comply with new regulations (CSRD, CBAM, ISSB).

We are a team of 270 people from 38 nationalities based in Paris, London, Barcelona and New York, which allows us to strengthen our international presence.

Today, our impact is measured in tons of carbon under management, with over 110 million tons of CO2 tracked through our platform. Our next milestone : serving 10,000 clients and managing one billion tons of CO2 to make carbon management as essential as financial management.

🌱  About the role :

We're not looking for someone to "just ship screens". We're building a design culture where Product Designers:

• Frame real user problems
• Align teams fast with clear flows and strong direction
• Craft experiences users understand, enjoy, and trust

At Greenly, design isn’t just here to make things pretty at the end. It’s here to lead — through clarity, craft, and product thinking.

This is a key role in a fast-moving team. You’ll own strategic initiatives end-to-end, from framing to execution, and help us raise the bar on product quality.

🌱 Your missions :

• Help product managers frame problems and think about solutions
• Design impactful user journeys and precise flows for complex SaaS features
• Consolidate feedback (from user interviews and report, Support team, Account managers, analytics...) into actionable insights
• Push for clarity, craft, and usability in every screen
• Refine layout, structure, and readability across our main interfaces
• Take part in improving our design process and spreading a strong design culture
• Contribute to our new MUI-based design system and help make it scalable for the team

🌱 You'd be a perfect fit for this role if... 

• You’ve been working in product / UX design for 3 to 7 years, and you’re now looking for more ownership, impact, and the chance to grow in a sharp, fast-paced team
• You have a beautiful portfolio showing strong product thinking and user / business impact, not just generic design process
• You have very solid UX/UI fundamentals and you're fluent in Figma
• You're autonomous, proactive, and comfortable owning full design scopes
• You deeply care about impact. You’re not searching for perfection. You’re moving fast, aligning people quickly, and designing experiences that actually drive business.
• You're excited to use AI tools to speed up and improve your workflow (e.g. ChatGPT, UX Pilot, Subframe, Figma Make...)
• Bonus: you've worked on a B2B SaaS platform with complex flows and data visualizations
• You're fluent in English (most of our communication is in English)
