About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative dedicated to the French Market, your role will be to turn incoming leads into opportunities for the sales team!
You will work hand-in-hand with our Account Executives, providing them with leads identified by marketing team. Your Team Leader & the rest of the SDR team who will be there to guide you and share best practices with you.
You will reach your goals by...
- Reaching out to your leads (mailing, call, social media), asking them the right questions to understand their needs (lead qualification), and, if you evaluate that there is potential in the alignment of their needs and our offer, organising a 45-minute demonstration with the Account Executives.
- Developing your inbound strategy.
- Estimating the quality of incoming leads from different Inbound sources (content form, webinar, events, contact form, reactivation of old leads, demo).
- Contact these leads by phone or other channels so that you can talk about their issues and analyse how Greenly could help them.
- Organise a demonstration of our products between the prospect and one of our Accounts Executives.
- Follow up on the opportunities generated.
- Monitor best practices and Inbound tools.
- Track your opportunity pipeline.
- Ensure weekly and monthly reporting of your results to update daily information in our CRM (Hubspot).
Skills needed to succeed in this role...Â
- Have a degree in Business, Environmental Sciences or an equivalent field.
- Have a hunter's mindset - not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Be autonomous, proactive & a great team player.
- Be passionate about continuous learning and a true believer in the power of constructive feedback.
- Be ambitious and feel most excited when in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Have a native-equivalent level of French. English proficiency is important for internal communication.
- Based in Paris (Hybrid).
- Starting date: May-June 2025.
