About the Role: As a Sales Operations Manager at Greenly, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes and technology stack. Your expertise will empower our sales team to maximize their impact on revenue and contribute significantly to our mission of managing 1 billion tons of carbon.
🌱 Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management: Design and maintain efficient sales processes to improve day-to-day operations and maximize sales rep performance.
- Sales Enablement: Act as the go-to expert for our sales technology stack, providing training and support to both new joiners and existing team members.
- Business Performance: Enhance revenue generation efficiency and track sales rep ROI through detailed dashboards and insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Growth, and Operations teams on strategic projects to improve overall business health.
Skills and Competencies Needed:
- Affinity for Sales Operations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Proactive, curious, and unafraid to dive deep into challenges.
