About the role
Join an SDR team composed of 35 people, working on the development of the US, UK, French and EU markets and expected to continue growing throughout 2025!
Within our global SDR team, each reagional SDR team is currently composed of between 5 and 9 individual contributors, and we are looking for the right person to guide them towards their individual and collective goals.
The Team Lead will report to our regional head of sales and will have the role of guiding and continuing to build the team whilst also adopting a strategic position to ensure continuous improvement within the team.
In direct collaboration with EU Sales Leaders, with other Team Leads, as well as the Sales Operations, AE team and Product Knowledge, you will have an impactful role in helping is pave our way upwards.
Your main tasks and responsibilities :

Sales enablement within your team :
- Participation in the recruitment of your future SDRs.
- Onboarding & ongoing training of your team.
- Day-to day coaching of your team, supporting them with challenges and ensuring their ability to stay on top of their goals.
- Ensure performance tracking and reporting, to lead through data and ensure timely alignment with objectives.
- Pipeline Generation:
- Collaborate with our Growth, Ops & Marketing teams to find new sources of pipeline generation.
- Support SDRs in lead generation : ensure the good performance of their pipeline and a clear handover to the Sales team.
- Define and deploy strategic initiatives to ensure a the generation of a monthly total of opportunities to convert for our Sales team.

Strategic leadership :
- Process implementation and optimisation : ensure the execution of processes that will help us guarantee qualitative and quantitative results, while also contributing to their continuous improvement through constant feedback.
- Contribute to cross-team projects in collaboration with the rest of the SDR/Sales team and the teams in charge.
Our ideal Team Lead has a story, and a background that includes...
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead within a sales team
- Experience in a scaling company, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Have a native-equivalent level of english, spoken and written. (French or German would be a big plus)
- A true leader to their team members. You are a constructive problem solver, a true motivator, and you feel strongly about helping others reach their highest potential.
- Communication skills : you are a true listener and a clear communicator, understanding the power of giving and receiving constructive feedback to enhance growth and optimise collaboration.
- Structured : you appreciate clarity in processes and day-to-day operations.
- Adaptable in the way they handle their interlocutors, whether they are members of the team or prospects.
- Data driven: we cannot analyse & improve what we do not measure. Hey, that reminds us of something!
