🌱 About the role
In the context of our recent Series B fundraising, you will join a Sales team dedicated to the French market composed of 18 people, including an SDR France team of 10 people, expected to grow throughout the year.
This team is part of the overall Sales team, of 35 people. 🌍
The objective is to have you participate in the recruitment, onboarding and coaching of its new members, to help us achieve our objective: to embark as many companies as possible on a Net-Zero trajectory! 📉
🌱 Your main tasks and responsibilities :
Management & Animation of a team of hunters:
- 4 to 8 Outbound SDRs whose performance you guarantee.
- Participation in the recruitment of your future SDRs.
- Onboarding & ongoing training of your team, in collaboration with the Knowledge, Ops teams & the rest of the SDR team (SDR University).
- Daily animation of prospecting & team activity.
Pipeline Generation:
- Collaborate with our Growth, Ops & Marketing teams to find new sources of pipeline generation.
- Support SDRs in lead generation (extra-listings, prospecting during team sessions).
- Ensure the good performance of their pipeline and a clear handover to the Sales team.
- With your entire team, generation of a monthly total of opportunities to convert for our Sales.
Participation in the Roadmap:
- Contribute to cross-team projects in collaboration with the rest of the SDR/Sales team and the teams in charge.
- Participation in continuous process improvement.
